Terms of Service — TwinXchain

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TwinXchain website ("Site"), the TwinXchain decentralized application ("dApp"), the TwinXcoin ("TWX"), or any other related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Services. TwinXchain reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Services

TwinXchain provides a non-custodial, decentralized interface that allows users to interact with smart contracts on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC). The Services include:

AI Execution Engine: An automated tool for executing trades based on pre-configured parameters.
Token Swapping: Interfacing with decentralized liquidity pools.
Staking: Locking TWX tokens to earn rewards via smart contracts.

Note: TwinXchain is not a bank, broker-dealer, or investment advisor. We do not have custody of your funds. You retain full control of your private keys and assets at all times.

3. Eligibility

To use TwinXchain, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years old or of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
You are not a resident, citizen, or agent of the United States, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, or any other country or region subject to comprehensive OFAC sanctions ("Prohibited Jurisdictions").
You have not been previously suspended or removed from using our Services.

4. Risk Disclosure

Using TwinXchain involves significant risks. You accept full responsibility for:

Volatility Risk

Crypto assets are subject to extreme price volatility. You may lose all invested capital.

Smart Contract Risk

While audited, smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities leading to loss of funds.

Regulatory Risk

Changes in laws and regulations may impact the use or value of TWX tokens.

User Error

We cannot recover funds lost due to forgotten passwords, lost private keys, or sending tokens to the wrong address.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Violating any applicable law, contract, intellectual property, or other third-party right.
Using the Services for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activities.
Attempting to circumvent any content filtering techniques or security measures we employ.
Using any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, or other automated means or interface not provided by us to access the Services.

6. Fees & Payments

Gas Fees: All transactions on the blockchain require the payment of gas fees (in BNB). These fees are paid to the network validators, not to TwinXchain.

Platform Fees: TwinXchain may charge a protocol fee on swaps or AI execution. Holders of the TWX token may be eligible for fee discounts. All fees are disclosed prior to transaction execution.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and Services are our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by TwinXchain and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL TWINXCHAIN, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE SHAREHOLDERS, MEMBERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, ATTORNEYS, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, SUPPLIERS OR CONTRACTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SIMILAR DAMAGES OR LIABILITIES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA, INFORMATION, REVENUE, PROFITS OR OTHER BUSINESSES OR FINANCIAL BENEFITS) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction, e.g., Panama/Dubai/Singapore], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the specified jurisdiction.
